Thank you! Not sure what was going on but they were tasty! I think she was trying to do breadcrumbs, and it sort of was. It had the flavor of savory stuffing anyway. The potatoes look odd because she incorporated cauliflower into it. It was actually very tasty. I enjoy her experiments.

The Boss is doing a large thick butter flied pork chop in a cast iron skillet. We will share that one pork chop and have air fryer done spud chunks and a veg with it.

Yeah these guys are very proficient in the kitchen. I make quiches myself occasionally and I can't imagine what size tin they use to make these. It must be a proper sized catering tin!
I'd love to watch them at work in the kitchens. The cakes and scones they make are gigantic too. Everything is super sized!
