I did the same thing high speed microwave scrambled eggs on toast, but, should’ve added spices into the egg mix before microwave.

Otherwise, it tastes like plain eggy without any flavour.

I’m sure that will be my fate someday.

I’ve been stable at 6’ and 170 lbs for the last fifteen years. I mostly just fill up on tea and coffee most days.

For dinner it will be Sikorski Gandpa shaved ham topped with Swiss cheese slices on 100% whole wheat bread sandwiches and air fryer done French fries. Dijon mustard for the ham and malt vinegar for the fries.
