I like their normal soaps but the two different Menthol soaps sucked ass big time.
I definitely wouldn't buy anymore.
The Menthol splashes though were ok.

I've never had a negative experience with Stirling anything. Scent is subjective, as with anyone's soaps. In my experience, Stirling is really good at giving you more than what you pay for. I don't believe they ever intended to compete with higher tier soaps.
If it works well with a straight razor, then it's a good soap to me..no matter what brand it might be.
