My time with the Tatara razor(s) has come to an end and the razor is currently making it‘s way to the next participant.

Compared to the SS version, I cannot say I noticed any difference in the shave, however, the reduced weight gives a great amount of control and you feel like you are using a surgical instrument.

Much the same as thee S versions, the combinations that work for me are those with neutral exposure or greater, i.e. the Nodachi gap with any of the baseplates. My absolute favourite being the Nodachi cap paired with the Masamune OC baseplate. Wonderfully smooth and efficient when paired with a feather blade. Unfortunately I did not have a Tatara blade to try, but feathers were made for this razor.

I was never a big fan of my Tatara NoMa SS.
The Ti version is the razor i hoped the ss would be. Great little razor, nice shave.
