Disarming.
I feel like I've always used it.
The negative gap is very easy.
In the hand it offers the sensation of naturalness.
It almost doesn't feel like a tool, but an organic extension.

The sensation of heat is strange . I will never get used to Titanium.
Among the various metals used, it is the one that transports the least.
The relationship is clear by looking at the table. (TI 22 / AL 235)
It takes a long time to heat up, and it cools down quickly.
It does not take heat from the hand. It feels "cold" .
A question of sensitivity, rather than physics.

For my preferences, Mod3 is a less convenient form.
It loses speed and light-heartedness, but gains in effectiveness.

I have already tried this module.
As before, I find it my favorite in the Tatara ecosystem.
But the different weight and balance of Titanium feel them more akin.
This version is definitely more enjoyable for my tastes.
Definitely more efficient than the standard Masamune TI. (Mod1)
It loses little in ease and speed, gains a lot in effectiveness.
With the right control (technique) it is absolutely perfect.
I would certainly prefer an aluminum alloy version.
As well as the possibility of composing your favorite razor.
Without having to buy the entire model and add other parts.
I understand the costs associated with this different business model.
I don't understand why it isn't offered at a fair price increase.

Looking more closely at the Tatara Razors website, there is the possibility.
You have to take the individual components separately.
There is no composer in the razors section.
As it would be more logical and easy.
But in return the price is adjusted.
Taking the three components, the total is discounted.
And the result is the same as the standard version.

On paper the aggressivity is slightly higher.
But the blade feeling is definitely very present.
It requires respect and meditation to keep control.
From here we are in the high end of the Tatara TI ecosystem.
As before, but no longer mitigated by topcap.
The cutting angle is wider and less intuitive.
Also for the moderate bar surface.
Very calmly (Sunday), I reached a good BBS.
With the initial stress removed, the three passes were comfortable.
Especially thanks to extensive software support.
I added the crystal alum.
As key test of real performance.
Which was better than I expected.
Slight burning in passing.
Nothing out of the ordinary.
Definitely not the ideal solution for everyday use.
On the other hand, it is definitely fun, however challenging.
Frankly, it’s not in line with my current routine.
Which is based on speed and enjoyment.
But I don’t doubt he has many admirers.
Perfect for all those who use efficiency instead of aggressivity !!!

Super delicate, absolutely simple, definitely comfortable.

The Mod3 is a bit more intuitive, the Mod5 is a bit more effective.
Mainly the difference is in the angle set by the geometry.
Still easy either way.
For my taste, I feel more efficient Mod5.
In the TI version, even more so than cousin SS.
Weight and balance are in my favorite range.
As well as ease, precision and carefree.
But with a clean performance.
And durable.
In fact the result was apparently the same.
During and immediately after, no difference.
But as the day passed, time showed reality.
Mod3 has produced a less durable perfection.
In the early afternoon I could feel the regrowth.
Which Mod5 held off until evening.
This is also a matter of practice.
Surely, with more experience and a few tweaks, the result would be different.
I am convinced that Mod3 can also produce excellent performance.
But with expedients, unnecessary with Mod5.
For my taste, definitely the most suitable module for my needs.

Mod8 is powerful and very effective razor, which can give excellent performance.
But It’s too much for my taste.
