Gents - can someone please advise

If you had to compare the Blackbird Lite with the Rockwell 6S, which R plate of the Rockwell would you say the Blackbird Lite is equivalent to, in terms of aggressiveness?

R2 - R3 - or R4, perhaps?

Thanks in advance.

To me, it feels right in the middle: an R3.5, if you will. It really depends on which blade you put in it. With a Feather, it leans closer to an R4. With a smoother blade like a Gillette Silver Blue, it feels more like an R3.

I think the Lite (sic) plate would suit me, but I can't get past the spelling.
Agreed about the plate and the kitschy spelling. I’ve become somewhat desensitized to things like this. It’s going to happen naturally. The bastardization and evolution of language in its various forms is fascinating to observe.

Appreciate the replies.
Not going ahead at present with the Lite, my tastes range around the R2 or the Henson mild so the Lite would probably be still a tad aggressive for me.

It's funny, the Henson Mild v1 was actually really rough and uncomfortable for me, almost aggressive even, whereas the Lambda Ares v2 is pure joy to shave with!

Strange to read this about the Henson on your skin, it may have been the aluminium perhaps?

Anyhow while sweetness level of shave is something we can perhaps all agree for various razors, at the same time not everything is suitable for everyone...
