Looking at the Caerbannog head. My concern would be the handle attachment.
Will it be strong enough for all the stresses?

The first Caerbannog has been printed and should be with me shortly.

One Caerbannog head, two handles (one for the destroyed Schick Type E),
two test hinges for the slant and a round thing for making coffee to keep me going.
Wow! Looks awesome! Nice color choices! I see you have some kind of swivel piece there. The slant must be a work in progress.

I'll epoxy it into the handle.
If it's not strong enough, I'll have head and handle printed in one piece.
It's the first prototype. If it works - great. If it doesn't... Adopt, adapt, improve...

This is an old project that is now about 99% complete. I'm test printing now and will see how minor the tweaks have to be. It uses Feather PRO blades, and if the tolerances are correct, the blade should fall in place just like on the Feather Artist. The method for securing the blade is quite simple and it's one I've used before on different designs. It is a very easy print, and if all works out, I'll probably simplify the design and upload the files on Thingiverse or a similar site.

Kind of resembles the Rocnel SE-P, except for the lather channel. Looks great. :)

First shave with the Caerbannog:

- Proraso Green shaving cream
- JR 305 synthetic 30mm brush
- Caerbannog Razor
- Schick Proline B-20 blade (3)
- Lea ASB
- Tabac Original ASL

Pretty good if you ask me.
Much better for me than the Wabbits. It allows me to pick my angle.
Flat on the face is too flat though. I'm not surprised.
Using a Proline blade feels a bit like cheating, but it's what I've been using in an Enders Speed this week.
Three magnets and the tabs hold the blade in place without issues. I was right! Who needs a cap?

Four passes as always. No issues. Smooth.

Thanks, Tom @twhite
