3D printed shaving stuff

Thanks! I used basic PLA for head and tip, and carbon fiber PLA for the grip.
Carbon fibre PLA. Now we're talking posh. I need to look into this.
I do remember suggesting to a razor manufacturer once to make his product in carbon fibre (instead of brass) to reduce weight.
I received the email equivalent of a panicked blank stare.
That was before 3D printing took off.

I should really look up the density of different 3D printing materials (in kg/m3)

The Carbannog still needs a few tiny refinements before I get one printed.
One change I have made is to split it into two, so it can be printed in two colours.
I did kill a Schick Type E with a Dremel for that purpose.
Now I know the size of the stem/hole of the original and the Caerbannog handle should fit the old head as an added benefit.

I'm a bit of an SE razor nerd. So, yes they do qualify.

I have, however, recently used some vintage Twin-DE blades with great results.
Basically, a slightly narrower than usual DE blade glued on top of a normal-size one.
Would they fit? They are 0.3mm thick, about three times thicker than a modern "normal" DE blade.

Nice! With that thickness, those blades are worth sharpening as needed.

Definitely, a nice option to have if you need to repair, or want to change handles on an Injector.

Oh, what the heck... How about I introduce one more 3d printed razor to wrap up the week, then I'll stop for a while.:)

This is my version of an Ever Ready Streamline SE razor. It's a two-piece razor that uses injector blades. It's compact, shaves great, and it has become one of my travel razors.

You are teasing us.
It's two-piece, so the head is one piece?
How does it work? Any trickery going on?
